Medieval Knight's Head - Reproduction Cathedral Carving

Knight's Head. One of our unique and exclusive designs from our collection of hand crafted reproduction carvings which are taken directly from an original medieval Cathedral carving. We pride ourselves with having permission to take moulds directly from the medieval carvings found upon the misericords and choir stalls from within the Cathedrals of the UK. Our moulds and production techniques capture and reproduce all the fine detail from the original carvings to produce a very high-quality piece with all the authenticity from the original carving. Taken from the carvings found upon the misericords within the choir stalls of Lincoln Cathedral, England. This carving is of an early medieval Knight’s Head wearing a pointed helmet but mainly protected by chain mail. He is a fierce looking warrior with a long moustache protruding over his chain mail. This is a magnificent carving and reproduced with all the fine and splendid detail of the original carving. Size (H) 15cm x (w) 7.5cm.
